I, ___________________________________________ understand and agree that the Rustic Rentals Trailer, owned by Sweet Occasions, LLC, must be pulled by a half-ton truck or larger vehicle.  The driver of the trailer must have a valid driver’s license, be over 21 years of age, and have proof of automobile insurance. 

The use of the trailer and all of its contents are at your own risk.  Sweet Occasions, LLC is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused by the use of the trailer, nor its contents.

Any theft or damage of the trailer or its contents is the responsibility of the renter.  Any damage repair or replacement of items above the $100 damage deposit will be the responsibility of the renter.  The return of the $100 damage deposit will be based on the condition of the trailer and items returned.  Please inform Sweet Occasions, LLC of any loss or damage that occurs during your rental, so the items can be repaired or replaced.

The rental of the trailer is from Thursday at 9:00 am, until Monday at 5 pm on the weekend of your booked event.  Please schedule your time of pick up and drop off.  Returning the trailer after 5 pm on Monday will forfeit the damage deposit.

All items must be returned to the trailer and secured in their designated locations.  Any damage due to not securing items properly will be the responsibility of the renter.

Rustic Rentals Trailer

 

1.  Make sure trailer doors are closed and safety bars are in place, with locks on.

2.  Double check that ball pin is in place, chains are connected, and plug for lights and brakes is plugged in.

3.  Do a walk around to check that lights are working and tire pressure is sufficient.

4.  Only the person on driver contract may pull the trailer.

 

 

Rustic Rentals Décor

  1. Do not remove labels from any items.

  2. Place all items in correct container/place and secure for travel.

  3. Do not roll barrels.  Use dolly provided.

  4. Do not place any permanent fasteners on items.  Command strips are acceptable, but no nails, tacks, tape, or glue.

  5. Do not alter décor in any way.

  6. Do not cut vines or greenery.

  7. Do not drag heavy items.  Carry or use dolly provided.

  8. Use chalk markers provided for writing on any chalkboards.

  9. Platters and drink containers have been cleaned, but not sanitized.  Please do not place food/drinks directly on platter/containers without sterilizing first.

10.  Please return all items to trailer clean and dry.

11.  Please inform us of any known damage, so that we can repair or replace the item for the next renter.
